Jacob Rock, the Dining Director at Summit of Uptown, recently took home the first place spot in the Chamber of Commerce Annual Chili Cook Off. His winning entry was judged by over 200 participants in a field of 12 of the best chefs and restaurants in Park Ridge, IL.
