We are proud to announce, Jessica Hernandez, Resident Care Director at Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill, was chosen as a Hero Award winner at the 2022 GSLA conference.
Jessica began working at Arbor Terrace as a Wellness Nurse in 2015 and earned a well-deserved promotion to Resident Care Director in 2022. She has worked diligently alongside the Executive Director, Resident Care Director, her peers, and our care team to ensure the safety and care of our residents. She has coached, counseled, and listened to her team and family members who were struggling with the pandemic.
Jessica is always ready to help a team member, fill in for a vacant position, or meet with family and address any concerns that may arise. In addition to her daily duties, Jessica is always willing to stop and chat with a resident.
Jessica is a student, loving wife, dedicated mother of three, and caregiver for extended family members. She still finds time to give 100% every day. Jessica is a true hero consistently, authentically, and humbly, and we are proud to call her a teammate and friend.
