McKnight’s has announced Kelley Skarp, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The Arbor Company, as a 2026 Pinnacle Award Honoree, recognizing her nearly 30 years of leadership and influence in senior living.
The McKnight’s Pinnacle Awards honor seasoned professionals who have driven innovation, mentored future leaders, and elevated standards across senior living, skilled nursing, and home care. Winners are selected from a national pool of nominations and recognized for both career achievement and ongoing impact.
Since joining The Arbor Company in 2018, Kelley has led sales transformation efforts, strengthened cross-functional alignment, and built scalable systems that balance performance with purpose.
Kelley will be recognized at the 2026 McKnight’s Pinnacle Awards ceremony on March 18 in New York City, alongside other distinguished industry leaders.
