The 2024 McKnight’s Women of Distinction Rising Star Award has been awarded to Mary Cate Spires, Vice President of Marketing and Digital Strategy at The Arbor Company.

The Women of Distinction program honors women who have contributed significantly to the senior living industry. The Rising Star Award further recognizes women under 40 or who have less than 15 years in the industry.
