The Arbor Company, a nationally recognized operator of senior living communities, today announced the appointment of Michael Juno as Senior Vice President of Operations, a newly created position focused on leading community operations across the company's portfolio of 49 communities in 11 states.
In this role, Juno will oversee all aspects of community operations, working closely with The Arbor Company's operations leadership to support the community teams that serve residents every day. This position brings dedicated senior leadership to company and community operations, reflecting the size and complexity of The Arbor Company's senior living communities.

Juno brings more than 30 years of senior living and hospitality operations experience to The Arbor Company. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations at Sunrise Senior Living, where he provided strategic oversight for approximately 60 east coast communities. Prior to that, he held progressively senior roles over a 15-year tenure with Leisure Care, including Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Operations Director, where he oversaw large portfolios of senior living communities across multiple states. Juno's career also includes leadership roles in hotel hospitality management.
