Fortune Best in Aging Services, with assistance from an independent research and consulting firm Great Place to Work, analyzed anonymous survey feedback from 220,000+ individuals working in the elder care industry in the United States. More than 3,000 employees from The Arbor Company responded, indicating that their experience at work has consistently made them feel appreciated and valued. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences no matter who they are or what type of role they play within the company.
