Ronda Duckworth has joined The Arbor Company as vice president of operations, providing operational support and oversight to Arbor’s communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region, including Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
A graduate of Georgia State University, Duckworth brings 23 years of senior living industry experience to The Arbor Company.
She most recently served as regional vice president at Commonwealth Senior Living, where she was responsible for overseeing, supporting, and leading a portfolio of senior living communities and teams.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her daughter and animals, and cooking.
