The Arbor Company is proud to share that we’ve been named “Best of the Best” by Argentum for an innovative internal program created to foster equity and belonging within our organization.
In collaboration with the Atlanta group, Out of Hand Theatre, The Arbor Company commissioned a short play, Breakroom Chronicles, depicting an authentic conversation between a Resident Assistant and a Med Tech during a breakroom shift change. The video was more than storytelling—it was a launching point for company-wide conversations around race, identity, and inclusion.
Breakroom Chronicles is a part of The Arbor Company’s larger commitment to equity. We pledged five bold steps toward equity, including increasing leadership diversity, creating space for honest feedback, offering anti-racist education, encouraging reflective leadership conversations, and transparently tracking our progress.
Winning Argentum’s “Best of the Best” is an incredible honor—and a reflection of the many voices across our communities that made this initiative a success. Together, we continue our work to make every team member feel seen, heard, and valued.
